Shipping and Customs FAQ

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! I ship prints to the UK, EU, and Worldwide.
Royal Mail (tracked) is used for UK orders, and Evri handles all international deliveries.

How much is shipping?

I try and keep shopping costs as low as possible. Costs are based on the size of your print and where you’re ordering from. You can see how much shipping is by adding your country in the Address field in the cart.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• UK: 1–3 working days

• EU: 5–12 working days

• Rest of World: 7–20 working days

Delivery times may vary during busy periods.

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days.

What packaging do you use?

All prints (A5, A4, A3, A2) are shipped flat in rigid mailers for maximum protection.

Will I be charged customs fees or import taxes?

Possibly, yes.
International customers (EU + Rest of World) may be charged customs duties, VAT, or handling fees when their order arrives. These charges depend on your country and are not included in the shipping cost.

Can you estimate customs costs for my country?

Unfortunately, no. Customs fees vary by country and are determined by local authorities. If I get feedback from other buyers I will try my best to pass it on!

Do you offer tracking?

Yes, orders are sent with tracked delivery and you should receive an email when your order is dispatched.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact me with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. I’ll be happy to arrange a replacement (if possible) or refund.

What if my order is delayed or lost?

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, reach out and I’ll help locate it. Lost packages will be replaced or refunded depending on the situation.
